3 — Your Blueprint
The blueprinting stage is where we’ll start to dive into the finer details of your custom home. This stage will help us understand material and building costs, too, so you can begin to set up financing. Upon approval, we can write up a purchase agreement and collect a portion of the deposit.
4 — Design and Build Phase
Things start to feel real during this step! Now that blueprinting details are ironed out, you can start making decisions about home aesthetics that will truly make your house feel like a home.
5 — Delivery
Typically, we are clear to deliver your home nine months after permits are submitted. We will walk through your new home together, making sure every little detail exceeds your expectations.
