Our Process

1 — Consultation
If you’ve already purchased your lot, great! We’re excited to get together and discuss what makes your dream home perfect. If you’re still finding the right lot, we’re happy to help with that too.
2 — Meet with the Architect
When you meet the architect, you get to run through your list of favorites, must-haves, and biggest wishes. We’ll work together to find the perfect layout and design to make it a reality. In approximately 2-3 weeks, our architect will deliver a final sketch.
3 — Your Blueprint
Developing a blueprint will give you a look at exactly what your Chanhassen home will look like and can help inform costs. This is where financing is taken care of — upon approval, we’ll create a purchase agreement and collect part of the required deposit.
4 — Design and Build Phase
After you’ve purchased a lot and have put down a deposit, we can begin construction. During this phase, you’ll also meet with a designer to make aesthetic choices that will really make your house feel like home.
5 — Delivery
You can expect delivery fully after nine months. Together, we’ll walk through your home to ensure every detail exceeds your expectations. Even after delivery, we’ll be here to adjust anything as your home settles into place after construction.
