A couple came to Norton Homes after identifying a rural lot in Orono which was in the process of being split off from a larger existing lot.  They asked Norton Homes to help facilitate the purchase of this newly created lot and then to design a new custom two story home.  This unique home design takes advantage of the individual lot views as well as providing plenty of space for their growing family.
